Regardless of whether we collect the faulty item, or you bring it to us, a minimal diagnostic fee may apply, but  will then be refunded against your final invoice. Even in the unlikely event that your product is unable to be completed, we will refund the diagnostic fee against the cost of replacement from our showroom.
